Move It or Lose It are specifically designed exercise classes that have been developed by experts to help you to improve your flexibility, aerobic health, balance and strength.
Tracy, our Move It or Lose It instructor has had specific training to run this class.
All Move It or Lose It exercises can be done seated or standing, depending on your ability. We are a fun and friendly class for the over 50’s and perfect if you are starting or returning to exercise.
