We’ve got a wide variety of classes to choose from carefully programmed to suit our diverse customer base.

There’s over 180 classes for you to choose from each week and we’re sure you’ll find something to suit you.

Exercise classes for everyone!

We welcome anyone to our group exercise classes whether you’ve been a class goer for years or you’re a beginner, we’ll help you settle in quickly. We create a great sense of community where we aim for everyone to enjoy each class, want to come back, improve your physical and mental health and make you feel happier in everyday life!  

All our instructors are highly trained to give the best advice and class they can deliver every time you come. We’ve designed classes for senior customers who need something gentler to high intensity, maximal strength classes all the way back to relaxing classes like Yoga and Pilates, with everything in between!
