What you get with personal Training

An initial in-depth consultation on your current lifestyle and assessment of your current fitness levels. This will help workout your fitness goals, set targets, give nutritional guidance and a workout plan.  

Each session after your initial consultation will be meticulously planned by your motivational trainer. Your trainer will make sure you perform each exercise properly and challenge you to push you to reach your goals and educate you along the way.  

Each month they’ll review your progress in a session to see how you’re progressing.

About Me: My goal as a trainer is to provide the best service possible by using proven training techniques to assist my clients to reach their goals, whether that be lose weight, tone up, gain muscle or injury rehab. I am a motivated trainer with 15 years of experience in the sports and fitness industry with a background of competitive sports at an international level. I love helping people to change their lifestyles and make healthier choices whilst still maintaining a good work life balance. 

Qualifications: BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 3 Sports Massage Therapy, Kettle Bells, TRX, Power Plates, Spin, Box Fit, Olympic Lifting. 

Recommendations: Most people will benefit from some form of exercise, but consistency is key! Getting fit and healthy doesn’t need to be difficult so don’t be afraid to try new workouts, classes or activities and find what works for you!

About Me: Decided to leave my 9-5 office job so I could share my passion and enthusiasm for fitness. Helping people reach their health and fitness goals drives me on to keep learning so I can give the best advice. I specialise in running and like to incorporate strength training with tailored nutrition advice to help you become a better athlete. 

Qualifications: BSc Sport and Exercise, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 2 Athletics Coach, Student Dietitian/Nutrition, Spin. 

 Recommendations: Set a goal and have a training plan in place to achieve it, an 80/20 diet split to support and show your training progression. Train hard, have fun and enjoy the process in reaching your goal to become the best you.

About Me: I specialise in functional fitness, Olympic lifting & long distance running. I have an interest in plant based nutrition as I’ve been vegan for 7 year myself. I enjoy working with clients that are willing to put the work in to achieve the results they want. I guarantee you’ll come away from our  

sessions feeling stronger, happier & with a better understanding of how to make  

progress. No session will be the same as each session is individually planned for your personal needs. 

Qualifications: Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 1 Cross Fit, Spin, Olympic Lifting, Kettle bells & Bootcamp Instructor. 

Recommendations: Two Fort Classes a week, one day of weightlifting weekly & at least one-two rest days to allow the body to recover properly after hard training days.

About Me: I have been training in the gym for over 10 years but I’m always looking for new methods and styles of working out to continue seeing results. I want to pass on my knowledge and experience while making sessions enjoyable and challenging. I specialise in muscle and strength gain as well as fat loss. 

Qualifications: BSc Hons Sports and Exercise Performance, Level 3 Personal trainer, Level 2 gym Instructor, Jordan academy Olympic weightlifting and MMA qualified, Spin instructor. 

Recommendations: Finding a style of training that you really enjoy then committing to being consistent with your training and nutrition. Making subtle changes to your lifestyle which will result in long term benefits. I recommend trying a new class or gym workout and training 3 to 4 times a week to see optimal results.

About Me: I specialise in not specialising – I train to be ready for anything from long distance triathlons, ultra-cycling and running events to heavy strength and intense functional fitness workouts such as Hyrox and CrossFit. I’m focused on a hybrid approach to training that allows strength and endurance to co-exist and benefit one another. A wide range of abilities will make you a better athlete overall and in return will make you feel and look good. 

Qualifications: Level 4 Strength and Conditioning, Level 3 Personal Trainer, PN1 Sports and Exercise Nutrition, Kettlebells, Olympic Lifting and Spin. 

Recommendations: Focusing on improving weaknesses, balancing strength and endurance, recovering as hard as you train as well as joining in on my Fort Fit classes.
