About Me: I have been training in the gym for over 10 years but I’m always looking for new methods and styles of working out to continue seeing results. Qualifications: BSc Hons Sports and Exercise Performance, Level 3 Personal trainer, Level 2 gym Instructor, Jordan academy Olympic weightlifting and MMA qualified, Spin instructor.
Recommendations: Finding a style of training that you really enjoy then committing to being consistent with your training and nutrition. Making subtle changes to your lifestyle which will result in long term benefits. I recommend trying a new class or gym workout and training 3 to 4 times a week to see optimal results.
