With every Inspire membership they will get a FREE 1-2-1 with one of our Fitness Team. They’ll talk to you about what you want to achieve, write a workout plan designed specifically for you and show you how to use the equipment in your plan so you know what you’re doing when you come into the gym each and every time.
A few weeks down the line you can get a review meeting with one of the team again to update your workout plan as you progress towards your goals!
Remember we always have fitness instructors in the gym when Inspires can use it so grab them if you need help with anything.
Waterside Farm Leisure Centre
Waterside Farm Leisure Centre has one of the biggest and best gyms in the area. Our gym is designed for everyone with a flow from our balance area and Synrgy rig through our Cardio zone, full of the latest Life Fitness equipment. You will soon get to the Free weights area which has recently been extended with a brand new functional fitness zone called The Fort.
Runnymede Leisure Centre
Runnymede Leisure Centre has everything you need with a full Synrgy 360 rig with endless exercises on this, through to the latest Life Fitness cardio equipment with full entertainment technology included. A new sled track has recently been installed just to add that something different to your workouts.
Fort Fit is the ultimate fitness class. This class can focus on using functional moves with high reps as well as strength work to give the ultimate fitness workout. It is perfect for Inspires as we will teach proper form for maximum effectiveness and safety they can use throughout the rest of their lives in the gym.

The Fort, Waterside Farm Leisure Centre
Power Inspire is a great workout that give our younger generation the building blocks for great form fitness and routine. You will be guided through a tough training programme with one of our Level 3 Trainers. The class is a mixture of exercises such as sled pushing and pulling, slam balls, wall ball squats, battle ropes and deadlifts to name a few. The challenge comes from reps and calories and the duration of each exercise. Be prepared to get fit and sweat in this class.

Exercise Studio, Runnymede Leisure Centre
There are so many health benefits from regular exercise. Research shows that inactive children are more likely to become inactive adults and therefore more likely to develop life threatening conditions such as heart disease and cancer. Get them involved in exercise from a young age and reap all the rewards.
