New booking system, make sure you’re ready!
We’ve got some great news, we’ve updated our online booking platform, making it even easier to book classes, swimming, and all of our other activities. This is now live and you can use the new platform here.
As part of this update we are increasing the security of your account to allow for some new better to use features including saving your card details to make paying quicker and easier. This will mean that you will have to update your password if you haven’t already done so. You will also need to update your password to continue to book using the Mobile App.
Your new password will need to be at least 8 characters long and include at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number and 1 special character. If your current password already has this then you do not need to do anything.
To log back into the CPL app please wait five minutes after updating your password, make sure your app is updated to the latest version and you have properly closed and re-opened the app.
