Some of the team from Castle Point Borough Council are gearing up to tackle another awe-inspiring Public Sector Challenge; The Peak Pursuit on Friday 5th September 2025.
This isn’t just a test of endurance; it’s a chance to make a real impact for 2 charities, The British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research. By participating in this public sector fundraising event, we’re raising vital funds for these great charities.
Imagine conquering these 5 majestic peaks, exploring the breathtaking hills of Mam Tor, Back Tor, Lose Hill – across the great ridge, and on to Bamford Edge – and Win Hill. 26 miles all within 12 hours!
